Foode in Fredericksburg

Foode was really good. They served food.The atmosphere was extremely nice and cozy. Would like to go there for drinks one night during the fall. I like the fall ya know... nice cool, colorful, etc. The waitress was OK. not too attentive, but I'd say the food made up for it. We also had a freshly squeezed mimosa, which was overpriced, but tasty. I'd say it's only worth half of that. I'll be going back here. Mmmmmmmm

Best take out Easter dinner ever, anywhere. So we did not chose a traditional dinner but had fresh rye bread, smoked salmon, scallion cream cheese, onions and capers. The flavors were incredible. Complemented by the sweetest asparagus that announced spring is here! Yes, we are quarantined but we had an amazing meal. Thank you, Foode!

My friends and I came for brunch since they've reopened from the Covid shut down and Foode did not disappoint! We felt very safe inside (social distancing, all employees wore masks) and the food was delicious. The renovations they've done to the old bank are remarkable!

The staff is always so warm inviting. The food is always top-notch. In fact when my wife's chicken was overcooked the chef caught it in the kitchen and immediately cooked another one but also was kind enough to give us some fries to tide us over as we had to wait a little bit longer. I can't recommend the place highly enough!

First time customer, I believe I'd like to try it another time to give an accurate review. This visit was for lunch and I really wasn't a fan.The club sandwich I got was good but not as good as it should of or could of been. Stacking food to make a sandwich requires good judgment in placement of what's on the sandwich. Also soft bread would have helped tremendously

Good as I remember, order the chicken qing and the bank burger and you won't go wrong

The biscuits and gravely and the avocado toast were awesome. Great environment. One of the owners was tending bar and made the breakfast over the top. Great conversation and laughs.
